This being just about 1 year since the site was officially launched, I wanted to ask the COC community:

List your books for free!
We're making a major change to how bookfall operates. The biggest news for you - you can now list your books all for free.
The reason we're doing this is to help to bring more students on the site. We've noticed that the price of listing your books, while still small, might be keeping the site from growing as quickly as it should, which means that you won't find as many books, or buyers for your books as you could.
In order to keep the site up, we'll have to find other ways to make money, which will most likely turn into ads being displayed on the site. I'm hoping to make the ads as relevant to you as possible, and I promise to never have any annoying pop ups or other obtrusive ads.

Major Announcements
Hey, all. I wanted to give you a quick update on the future of COC Underground and how we're going to adapt and improve the site. This time, there are two major announcements to make.
The first announcement is that we are expanding! Starting this fall, we will begin expanding to many other schools in order to provide them with the same services you see at COC. This means that when you move on to a 4-year college or university, you'll be able to use a site specially made for that school! I'm really excited about this, and I hope you are too.
There is only one problem though, the name COC Underground won't work at other schools. This brings us to our next announcement.
We're changing our name!
We now need a new name that can be used at all other schools. I've thought about a universal name for a long time, and finally decided on a name that will be easy to remember, descriptive, and best of all, short.
What's the new name? Bookfall.com.
The name Bookfall is a play on the word windfall, as in when you get a big break or unexpected fortune. The actual definition is:
Bookfall is your big break - your good fortune! The best part, this name will work for ALL SCHOOLS! No matter what your life plans are after COC, if you are going to continue your education, go to bookfall.com to get your break on textbooks.
How will you get to your specific college though? It's easy. Just replace "www" with your school's name. So, UCLA will be ucla.bookfall.com. Of course if you're not sure, you can still go to bookfall.com and find your school from there. CSUN will be csun.bookfall.com, and, COC will be, you guessed it, coc.bookfall.com.
For now the effects won't be too noticeable. All of the images and marketing materials are still for coc underground, and you can still type cocunderground.com to get to the site. This change will start taking effect over the next semester or so.
That's all for now! Keep an eye out for additional schools. The first schools will be added this fall.
